Support Policy

Thank you for your patronage to our products over the years. We have always tried to provide you one of the best Customer Support for last 25+ years. In order to continue providing World Class Support we are making few changes to our Support Policy.

From 1 ^st April 2023 Extended Technical Support charges have been revised as per below mentioned validity periods.

• Rs 800 for 6 Months
• Rs 1200 for 12 Months support.

Our Support Policy effective from 10th June 2019 (Revised on 1st April 2023)

• New SLNXT installation (for new order and upgrade order) will be FREE.
• Customers who have registered their product within last 1 year will get free Telephonic Support.
• Customers who have registered their product before 1 or more years, will have to purchase Extended Support package (Rs 800 for 6 Months or Rs 1200 for 12 Months) to get telephonic Support.
• Walk-in customers have to pay Rs 500 per visit.
• Onsite Support will be chargeable based on number of Shree-Lipi Software purchased & the distance.
• All customers will have access to Email Support, YouTube videos, User Forum, website for FREE.
• Email Support SLA will be 48 hours for first response.
• Please Note: Technical Support for old versions of Shree-Lipi has been discontinued.
• Tech. Support Discontinued versions:old/ ShreeLipi 6 ,Shree-Lipi 7.0/7.1/7.2
• Supported Version for Technical Support: Shree-Lipi 7.3 (only for Win-7), Shree-Lipi 7.4 (Windows 7/8/10) & Shree-Lipi nxt (Windows 7/8/10/11).
• M-Dog Usb support only till Windows 7 OS.
