Effective from 1st April 2025
Extended Technical Support charges have been revised as per the following validity periods. Charges may vary depending on the number of locks/licenses purchased.
₹ 1,000/- for 6 Months
₹ 1,300/- for 12 Months

We have always been committed to delivering reliable and high-quality customer support services to all our valued customers.
In our continuous effort to provide world-class technical support and enhanced customer service, we are implementing certain revisions to our Support Policy.
Effective from 10th June 2019 – Revised on 1st April 2025
- Free Installation Support
Installation support for all new Shree-Lipi NXT purchases and upgrade orders will be provided free of cost for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Free Support for Registered Customers
Customers who register their product within 1 year from the purchase date will be eligible for free telephonic and remote support during the free support period of 1year.
Customers requiring technical assistance after completion of 1 year from the product purchase/registration date will need to purchase the Extended Technical Support service to continue receiving telephonic support.
Available support plans:
₹ 1,000/- for 6 Months
₹ 1,300/- for 12 Months
Walk-in support services will be chargeable at ₹ 500/- per visit.
Onsite support services will be chargeable based on:
- Number of Shree-Lipi software licenses purchased.
- Distance/location of the customer site.
